Brahms German Requiem and Vaughan Williams Five Mystical Songs Saturday 13th April in Brentwood Cathedral.
The concert was a joint effort with Brentwood Choral Society and Ingatestone Choral Society coming together to sing two marvellous contrasting pieces of music, the Vaughan Williams quite calm and pastoral - Brahms very lively and strenuous. The pieces were accompanied by an excellent six piece ensemble plus pianoforte/organ with three talented soloists all brought together by our conductor Harry Bradford, a brilliant combination and much appreciated by an enthusiastic audience.

Christmas concert - CLICK HERE
Christmas Concert Saturday 30th November in the Ingatestone URC, very well attended and received by an enthusiastic audience, we sang Handel’s Messiah (first part) and a selection of carols and readings with audience participation. Four wonderful young soloists helped it to make a great evening of music making, followed of course by wine and mince pies, (with nothing left at the end!) A great way to celebrate the festive season, well done everybody.
Harry our very able conductor who is unfortunately leaving us so this was his last concert, we are having a party for him the following week before he leaves, he will be missed and a hard act to follow, we wish him every success in his careerer.

Peter our very able accompanist who played the Messiah like a man possessed! Well done and a brilliant contribution to our concert
